To prepare soft and fluffy rotis, take 2 cups of Fortune Chakki Fresh Atta and gradually add ¾ cup of water while kneading into a smooth and soft dough. Let the dough rest for 15-20 minutes to improve elasticity. Divide into equal portions, roll out into thin circles, and cook on a preheated tawa until golden brown spots appear on both sides. Brush with ghee or butter for added flavor. This atta is also perfect for making parathas, puris, and other Indian breads, ensuring a nutritious and delicious meal every time.
