1.Rinse poha and drain out the excess water, 2.Heat oil in a pan,add mastarf seeds,turmeric,curry leaves,peanuts,green chillies,tomatoes and finely chopped onions.Fry until onions become transparent,3.Add poha to the pan and soute.Mix it well with salt to taste and add a few drops of lime over it,4.Garnish with pomegranate and coriander leaves.Serve hot.
